How does your pricing work?
Every engagement begins with a one-off initial setup fee, followed by a fixed monthly retainer for ongoing permit, order and liaison work. Both figures are quoted up-front in writing.
What does the initial setup fee cover?
Project onboarding, programme review, authority registration, document templates, account setup and the first batch of submissions. It's a one-time cost at the start of the engagement.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Ongoing applications, variations, condition discharge, authority liaison, programme updates and a single point of contact for the duration of your project.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Statutory authority fees (e.g. permit charges) are passed through at cost and shown on every invoice. We never mark them up.
Do you offer fixed-fee work?
Yes. For one-off applications outside a retainer, we can quote a single fixed fee per submission.
